Our History

Minority Interchange, Inc. (MI) is a not-for-profit corporation organized in 1975 that provides a forum for our members to develop their leadership ability and advance their careers.  Our goals are accomplished through education, skill building, and networking, which help provide strategies to effectively compete and excel.

Our Mission

MI is a multicultural organization dedicated to enhancing the personal and professional development of every member. 

To provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and experience among all levels of employees and for developing strategies to accelerate career growth.

To assist members in developing and refining their skills.

To promote confidence and high standards of achievement among members.

To facilitate career advancement and continuing education.

To encourage members to participate in company and industry sponsored activities and in community service organizations.
